Shipping & Returns


  • All deliveries are made through India’s best logistics service providers.
  • A COD option is available, but make sure you are available when the package arrives.

Note: the amount cannot be above Rs.50,000/-.

  • The buyer can track the package with ‘Track Your Order’ as it makes its way to its new home.


  • Once the package has been delivered to your home, you have 36 hours to notify LuxuryMonk for any returns. You can call us at 040 4949 4848 or email us at contactus@luxurymonk.com.
  • We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
  • We would initiate 100% refund 7 days after we receive the package at our warehouse.
  • In case LuxuryMonk thinks the product is used or damaged we have the sole right not to refund the money & return the product.

How much is the shipping cost?

LuxuryMonk bears the charges for shipping your product, thus shipping for you is at no extra cost.

*If your product is found to be a fake or damaged when we receive it our warehouse post inspection & verification, it will be returned to you immediately and you will have to bear the courier costs.

How many days will it take?

Once your order is placed it takes around 16 working days, as we have to collect the merchandise from the sellers place & then verify it at our warehouse before we ship the product to you. With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.

What about hidden costs (sales tax, shipping etc.)?

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive.

Do you deliver to locations outside India?

At this time, we only serve the Indian domestic market.  We will open up to global markets in due course.

Are the products insured?

Yes, Insurance is chargeable at 0.18% of the total cost (if opted for by the Seller). It applies to all goods damaged or lost in transit. Terms & Conditions for this insurance will apply.

Note: If the seller sends an incomplete product or fails to attach any product accompaniments, the product will be withheld till those items and sent to us. In this case the courier charges will be borne by the seller.
